I got these in an effort to babyproof a room. Unfortunately, the corner connector doesn't attach well, and the company was unable to figure out why. Despite that, they were unwilling to offer a refund and the room is less safe than it was before because the corner piece just comes off in my child's hand with no effort.

You should let customers know that the wait time is 4 to 6 weeks BEFORE they place an order... not after!! I canceled my order because I didn’t want to wait so long to finish my renovation.

You didn’t send the Four 6’ covers to me in my large order of around $3,500. I put a request in via Amazon stating I did not receive them. You got back to me and said we are looking into it. Haven’t heard back in many weeks. So I just went and orderd the 4 6’ baseboard covers that you did not send me and paid for them again. Why? Because I can’t wast my time ducking around with you guys and your “I’ll get back to you” BS. I have timelines and budgets too. And enough of them did show up so I’m too deep invested in your product to back out, congratulations! I Won’t be buying again because of this. Also I haven’t even gotten the RE order yet so hopefully that does show up with the covers I need for the project.
