Issues with return policy and representative availability

Slow delivery and sent wrong color

Unfortunately, one of the items in our order was the wrong product, as the picture on the listing was confusing. We only realized the mistake after receiving it. We contacted Baseboarders by email to request a return, but our request was refused. We then asked them to reconsider the decision, but unfortunately, Baseboarders did not respond.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have ordered from Baseboarders. The 1st time we were very happy. This 2nd time however, 2 of the panels arrived with scrapes at the bottom exposing the metal. They were packaged securely and the shipping box had no damage, so it was pretty clear the panels had been packed and shipped in this condition. We were very disappointed and are hoping they don't start to rust.
