I guess we just did

I guess we just did not realize what we were getting. I love the design and idea, but the limited spray is very frustrating as we do not feel the power of a shower and by the time the spray has gone past your shoulders, it is a very fine mist that has started to turn cold. So you get a scorched head, and cold shower everywhere else.

It's cold. Did I say it's cold!

It's cold. It's fine if you like a cool shower.

Did not meet my expectations.

I had been a long-time user of the Nebia Spa Shower 1.0 until it started to leak. I “downsized” a bit to the Nebia by Moen, and it is a very different experience — and not in a good way. I cannot get the actual shower head itself to sit level, so it always sprays slightly to the side and no amount of rotating it will permanently adjust it. It always returns to the askew angle. Additionally, the sliding “lever” on the wand is now immoveable. It worked for the first few times, but now it is perpetually stuck “off” and won’t budge. And the wand was 50% of the reason I purchased this model. The material is definitely not of the same quality as the Nebia Spa Shower model — but of course, it is not nearly the price point. No matter, I'm pretty bummed.

Very Disappointing!

The steam is nice, but the actual construction is flimsy, which is very surprising considering the price. The waterproof double-stick tape doesn't work and I've had the entire figure fall off the wall several times. Also, I bought this to conserve water, but need to use the water on total power and at top temperature to use the nebia so I'm wondering if it is actually an improvement.

Expensive for the functionality, difficult to remove

The shower is essentially just a water mister. There wasn't enough pressure for my girlfriend to wash her hair, so I removed it from the shower. The removal process was terrible. The in-wall adapter was so soft that the key couldn't remove it. The key actually warped the key notches in the adapter because the adapter is so soft. I had to buy an internal pipe wrench. I was using a 0.5-inch wrench and the adapter was just a hair too small for the wrench to fit inside, so I had to hammer the wrench into the pipe to get enough grip to remove the adapter.
