Works Great, Customer Service May Be The Worst in Home Improvement

I would love to be able to use it but due to missing parts that were requested nearly a month ago, we have that bathroom out of commission. Maybe if you are going to sell a $600 shower system, you should have $600 worth of customer service representatives to answer calls(you can't call Nebia btw, only email.) I was told twice that the items I needed were shipping out, but here I am, still waiting... I would definitely consider a different shower upgrade than Nebia until they supposedly get their issues they are blaming on the pandemic worked out.

Not the best

Hello, I got my second Nevis, the 2.0, order (#p-7794139) in September 2019. I thought it was great, until February 2021 when the wand started to leak around the outside edge. Customer service was outstanding and they promptly provided a replacement. Today, 23 April 2021 I got home from work to find the Nebia shelf on the sheet foor. Fortunately the tile was not damaged. The adhesive is stuck to the shelf still but has almost no stickiness to it. I don’t believe that after 18 months the adhesive should not hold up. The shelf was weighted with 3 bath ribbon sponges, 2 small, 250 mL, body wash bottles and a 4 oz tube of facial cleanser. I’m pretty sure that is nowhere near the 7.5lbs the shelf is rated to hold. I do like the shower and the eco friendly design but it seems like the quality could be better.

Didn’t offer alternative to help

Didn’t offer alternative to help me solve problem...they only offered for me to reorder more docking adhesive. But that didn’t help. Would have preferred a credit for the system. It does not work in my shower.
