Very Poor Service
My order was to have shipped per a Fed Ex notice, but was delayed. Rustica House charged my credit card when I placed the order. No problem. I waited another week and it still did not ship, I emailed and called Rustica House over four times getting only a promise that "someone" would contact me. A few more weeks and I did received my product. It was wrapped very well and is lovely, BUT, IT WAS NOT THE MODEL I ORDERED. I called twice over a week's time and was again told someone would get back to me. They have not responded. I am stuck with something I did not order. I suggest you look somewhere else for products from Mexico. Not worth the frustration and potential loss of your purchase dollars.
