Rustica House

We ordered this zinc range hood in wall version, smooth metal in natural color. Hood height was also customized, our kitchen has 12 foot ceiling. Delivered in five weeks, slightly longer than expected.

The mirror is nice, don't get me wrong! The color was completely different than the picture; however, it turned out well for me because i unknowingly ended up matching the faucet (which also didn't match the picture)! I appreciate the fact that it's handmade etc, but if you ask me the distressing stain was put on sloppily and overall this is something you would expect to find in World Market for $175. Customer Service is singularly the WORSE i have EVER experienced before that is why i wouldn't even bother to try and send the mirror back. "Buyer be Aware"!! Too bad I read all the horror stories posted AFTER i had purchased the mirror (which took over a month to arrive btw) I hope this helps to make a better buying decision. Go to Direct from Mexico - they have similar products and GREAT customer service!!

My order was to have shipped per a Fed Ex notice, but was delayed. Rustica House charged my credit card when I placed the order. No problem. I waited another week and it still did not ship, I emailed and called Rustica House over four times getting only a promise that "someone" would contact me. A few more weeks and I did received my product. It was wrapped very well and is lovely, BUT, IT WAS NOT THE MODEL I ORDERED. I called twice over a week's time and was again told someone would get back to me. They have not responded. I am stuck with something I did not order. I suggest you look somewhere else for products from Mexico. Not worth the frustration and potential loss of your purchase dollars.

decent product, horrible customer service.

I ordered the 48" double slipper copper tub. I called with a question about the finish prior to ordering and I got the impression I was speaking to a call center. I researched it and proceeded with the order. It was delivered in 5 weeks and it came with a baseball size dent and a serious scratch which looked like 5 close grooves and were about the size of my thumb. I called the company and was told they would email me. Did not receive any email. A week or so went by before I could get it installed and realized I did not receive the drain that I paid $150 for. I am still trying to contact this company. I will say the tub is beautiful, other than the dent and scratch. If they had resolved those issues and sent me the drain they owe me I would have given it 5 stars.
