Never received faucet

Was notified 2 weeks ago that a faucet I ordered in July was being shipped and would arrive Aug18. Still haven't received it, FedX tracking only has that a label was made and delivery is pending. This is holding up completion on my remodel oroject.when I call Rustica phone number, it's an answering service with no real Rustica employees that can help. I've paid over $400 for the faucet that looks like I'm never going to receive.

Wow, was this an expensive

Wow, was this an expensive mistake. First off I ordered a 46" hood. They shipped my a hood that is 42.5" wide. As you can imagine, it make my 100K kitchen remodel look awful. Next the "blower" that they include is a real peice of junk. It was DOA, but in order to get a refund, I am told that I have to ship this back to Mexico. Obviously the cost freigt makes that not even close to worth doing. Rather than owning thier mistakes and providing good customer service we are in a dispute with the payment company. In either case, I would stay away from these guys.

Finish has several area's that are not fully painted and glazed correctly after waiting 6 weeks to get very disappointed.

Customer Service

This as well as a few other items I received from this company was delivered damaged. Good Luck getting anyone to help you! I was told to bend the damages back by hand! They claim that they will offer refunds within 30 days but it took nearly 30 days to deliver...so they considered that my 30 days. Not to mention this company is ran out of Mexico, so it's very difficult to understand anyone that answers the phone and they place you on hold for a very long time and then transfer you to an answering system. This company is a SCAM! You pay extremely expensive prices for items that are all delivered damaged and then they don't back up their products.
