The water spray is not strong enuf to clean the back end. And the water temp doesn’t stay the same the longer you spray

The third party vendors you use are useless

Please take a look at the shipping SNAFU between you and FEDEX. I haven't received the replacement shipment yet. Suggest your algorithm missed this, I think, important piece of information.
