I sent the following message on December 7, 2021.
"I have now received two Omigo Element bidets. My wife does not want one of them. The bidets are still in their boxes. What procedure do I follow to return one of the bidets in their original mailing box and to receive a repayment for the returned bidet? I look forward to your reply.”
It is now December 16. I would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
