Nonexistent customer service
Twice I tried to contact service: first because I had question about the SL (which I eventually purchased and love it), and STILL I’m waiting to hear back from a query I made 2-3 weeks ago about adding on an additional warranty for the SL. I have 30 days to add it, the company’s delay may cause me to lose the opportunity, which will just cause another negative review if I have an issue during the warranty period that I’m prevented from buying.
