not really happy I am not able to use it do to not having any room for my junk to hang down into the toilet when going number two. your measurement guidelines need to be more specific and clear what your getting and how it will fit on top of your toilet. very disappointed for the money I spent for something I don't even use, I tried but its just inconvenient.

I've been reaching out to you for days to return an unused item, still in its box for a refund, but no one has answered. My wife unfortunately doesn't want this. I purchased it for her for Christmas, and she didn't want it. I need an address and return process to begin to receive a refund.
