The item I ordered is incorrect size. I need to exchange for correct size but no information how to accomplish this. I called and phone lines not working. Please advise process. Thank You

I asked a question online and nobody responded. That is poor customer service

T-Valve replacement: good part. fits as it should. Annoying that the only place I could find correct dimensions was from Omigo as every other bidet uses the same dimensions - but smaller than Omigo. Also - it is a very expensive part for such a critical item. I happened to lose mine during a bathroom renovation and learned how unique & expensive the Omigo part was when I had to search for a new one.
