Product is ok, the seat is somewhat uncomfortable and the material is cheap; scratches easily with a simple wipedown with a microfiber and finally too expensive. I would NOT recommend it due to the price and cheap plastic.

I love it for urinating, but doesn't clean well enough for bowel movements. It does help but I still have to wipe some. Doesn't completely dry you. I love sitting down on a warm seat during the winter and the water is nice and warm. I feel like I am cleaner and use alot less toilet paper.

I've called several times during published hours only to get a message that it's outside hours. Been working via email but responsiveness is very slow.

I was very pleased with the outcome and it was exactly as I expected it to be. I am a first-time owner of this type of product so I was very eager to learn all that I could about it before actually using it. The installation instructions were clear, but I think they were not specific enough. For example, I do not think that anyone made sure that the written-on-paper instructions included everything, as it was missing the part which online videos included about adjusting the device a certain way to ensure a straight stream (I did not and therefore am planning to readjust this sometime in the future). Also, the device itself has accumulated somewhat uncleanly splotches of color on the "splash guard" part of the device, and all I know about cleaning it is how I was told to "take apart if necessary" and no further information is given, so I am sure to go on a scavenger hunt soon in order to figure out a full cleaning of the device to ensure proper function and hygiene requirements. Overall, I think the videos sent in advance of my product's delivery was a great way to capitalize on customer interest and support yet their mind-state was not realized. The videos could have included links and possible questions about the device while keeping it short and minimal to ensure full understanding of the product by the consumer.
