Shipping was delayed a week which caused problems,I didn't have a bed to sleep on

Love your Tatami mattress. I have two and have recommended to three family members and friends who bought Tatami’s. These pillows though, they are another story. Not impressed.

Tried to cancel order with Essentia - didn't work. Refused + Returned to Sender in January - FedEx tracking #929786534000 Discussed refund with Essentia - haven't received refund. Due to extreme softening of memory foam mattress in just over 1 year, tried to cancel shipment of topper. Do not want to use memory foam products anymore due to experience with Essentia memory foam mattress.
