I am so disappointed in your company I would never consider buying anything from you ever again. And I will be sure to let my friends know if/when any come asking for a pillow recommendation. Side note: Your pillows might be the best thing in the world. I'd never know because your description was so lacking I bought one ill-suited to a person of my size. Now I'm stuck with the stupid thing. I can't use it because it's so large - and clearly built for someone with a different body type - it hurt me to try and sleep on it.

No solution or resolve for issue

you can return mattresses but not body pillow. Which is as heavy and big as a mattress

Awful. It smells and is way too soft and the company will not let me return it, they won’t honor their so called “no questions asked” satisfaction guarantee return policy. Basically seems like a scam company. Once you have the mattress, if you want to return it, they stop answering emails or the phone. Pretty dishonest. Steer clear.
