Essentia Organic Mattresses

At first customer service was great, now that I own the mattress and pillow, can't get customer service to respond to my inquiry about returning an extra pillow I did not order. Kind of disappointing

There was a communication breakdown with regards to the shipping timeline. The driver for the delivery company was rude and gave me the wrong information regarding using the mattress after it was delivered. The company was concerned and rectified the situtation.

I have been very disappointed in working with Essentia. I found their mattresses to be overpriced and over-hyped. They do not live up to the hype. Returns are a hassle, and they kept close to 13% of what I paid for the mattress as a return fee. There are so many mattresses out there that are far less expensive that offer similar comfort (or lack thereof).

Service was mediocre.

I spent close to $10,000 on 2 mattresses, sheets and a bed protector. I loved everything but the bed protector so I contacted customer service to return because it was not the quality I was expecting. The customer service rep replied back to my email referencing the return policy. I expected a bit more given the investment I just spent. It was also going to be just the beginning as I have 6 people in my house and so far I have only converted two to the essentia mattress.
