Essentia Organic Mattresses

Service was mediocre.

I spent close to $10,000 on 2 mattresses, sheets and a bed protector. I loved everything but the bed protector so I contacted customer service to return because it was not the quality I was expecting. The customer service rep replied back to my email referencing the return policy. I expected a bit more given the investment I just spent. It was also going to be just the beginning as I have 6 people in my house and so far I have only converted two to the essentia mattress.

I gave this mattress a few months to get used to but never could. If you so much as roll on your side, you’ll wake up pretty quick. I ended up putting a topper on it because the return fee is a decent enough percentage of the total cost that I had already sunk.

First off, they charge a 9-20% return fee depending on the mattress. Second, it took nearly 4 months to receive my refund. And then they threw in a b. s. $540 charge from a “gift” item that was part of my original purchase. Pettiness, not a fan. Do better.

I previously submitted a review but it was never posted in the website, and no one ever reached out. :(
