Essentia Organic Mattresses

Sleeps hot. Doesn't have the right support for me. Was convinced I n ended more time to "adjust". Wish I hadn't listened. I think the Essentia foam is better quality than most, but is definitely not for me. Still feel like you're sinking into hot, wet sand Customer service is sluggish to respond and did not honor my initial requests to return the mattress. Would I buy again? No. Would I recommend? Only to someone familiar with type of mattress, who sleeps cold and wants something organic. It's been a bad experience all around, and I HIGHLY doubt the company will do anything to make it right.

Advertises free shipping and then charges you, harasses you into writing a review. Customer service sucks but the mattress itself is great.

Pillow doesn't fit. I wish I could exchange it for a new one.
