Essentia Organic Mattresses

The shipping process was frustrating. Our items were delayed several days. I was trying to be home for the delivery, but FedEx changed the delivery date several times. Also, FedEx notified me that the delivery was set for Monday and then showed up two days earlier, when I wasn't home.

you need to do better with delivery of such heavy mattress... otherwise your product is not for single people, women, old people etc. it is just suited for strong two men to be able to lift and unpackage it. paying $300 for room delivery is a joke.

Standard shipping no problems.

I really find the mattress painful. I am truly disappointed. I love the sheets and I think you are a great company and that the mattress is a great mattress… Or it would’ve been a great one for me even 10 years ago. I’m 61 and in relatively good shape — And I had no hip or shoulder pain going into this mattress. But I have it now and the mattress just does not seem to be a good fit for me

Although the mattress is comfortable it has not provided the benefits I had hoped for. I still sleep poorly and my hip and glute pain persist. Also, the mattress is softer than I would prefer and when I need to sit on it to put on shoes it is not supportive.
