Essentia Organic Mattresses

Service was mediocre.

I spent close to $10,000 on 2 mattresses, sheets and a bed protector. I loved everything but the bed protector so I contacted customer service to return because it was not the quality I was expecting. The customer service rep replied back to my email referencing the return policy. I expected a bit more given the investment I just spent. It was also going to be just the beginning as I have 6 people in my house and so far I have only converted two to the essentia mattress.

I gave this mattress a few months to get used to but never could. If you so much as roll on your side, you’ll wake up pretty quick. I ended up putting a topper on it because the return fee is a decent enough percentage of the total cost that I had already sunk.

I’m sure it’s a good pillow for some but it’s not right for me. It’s too flat and all the filling pushes out to the sides so I’m constantly having to puff it back up. I’m a back and side sleeper and I’ve been trying to use it since I purchased it but it’s starting to cause me to have a stiff neck, which is not something i suffer from. I really want to like it but unfortunately it will be going in the guest bedroom. I contacted the company to see if there was any extra filling I could get; it’s not possible.

I would never buy from here again
