Essentia Organic Mattresses

I wanted to love it but I’m just meh about it. Hoping it improves with time. Delivery was not as described which is out of Essentia control. Waited all day at location we were moving to but not moved into yet for scheduled delivery which required signature. It was not delivered. Message stated would be delivered on another day but it was delivered and dropped off, in the rain, on a different day than scheduled when we were not at house. No signature obtained. Luckily we rcvd msg that delivery was made so we could drive 40 minutes to location and get out of rain.

way too expensive even at 25 percent off.

you need to do better with delivery of such heavy mattress... otherwise your product is not for single people, women, old people etc. it is just suited for strong two men to be able to lift and unpackage it. paying $300 for room delivery is a joke.

I really find the mattress painful. I am truly disappointed. I love the sheets and I think you are a great company and that the mattress is a great mattress… Or it would’ve been a great one for me even 10 years ago. I’m 61 and in relatively good shape — And I had no hip or shoulder pain going into this mattress. But I have it now and the mattress just does not seem to be a good fit for me
