Essentia Organic Mattresses

It's too firm for me and I'm not comfortable. I have not been sleeping well.

Was very exited about this pillow and I imagine this would be great for a side sleeper with giant shoulders, but it isn’t for me. Now I’m stuck with a $200 pillow and I feel like a fool. Wish there was at least a testing package model where you could try each distinct kind before committing.

I submitted the information about receiving sheets that are way too small for the mattress, but I have not heard back

At first customer service was great, now that I own the mattress and pillow, can't get customer service to respond to my inquiry about returning an extra pillow I did not order. Kind of disappointing

There was a communication breakdown with regards to the shipping timeline. The driver for the delivery company was rude and gave me the wrong information regarding using the mattress after it was delivered. The company was concerned and rectified the situtation.
