Essentia Organic Mattresses

Love the mattress- although wondering if I should have gotten the firmer one. HATE the base. I tried to cancel that and was not allowed and for that reason am extremely upset about this purchase and company. Love the mattress( I think) wish I knew how the firmer one felt. I’m not sure if I I’d recommend the company / online purchase bc of the base. I did reach out BEFORE it was shipped - not happy

Be sure you have someone at home to receive the mattress or ask for the signature required to deliver be waived, apparently you have to sign a waiver.

The company is efficient with ordering online as well as in person and deliveries we’re done in a timely fashion. Minus star for not being happy with all the products (cover guard is a fiasco).

Overall Essentia Mattress experience is a good one. Happy to have a healthy mattress for peace of mind. It is still difficult to find the mattress you need from Essentia’s line up. I have bought previous mattresses from Essentia and am relieved the most recent mattress purchase I selected is the best one. I think mattresses are one of the most challenging products to purchase. Bottom line: I would continue to purchase from Essentia. Essentia makes their mattresses available during these challenging times. They are healthy, quality mattresses, the company has good customer service-easy to contact by phone-real people to talk to. I’ve shopped for hours for other mattresses and the closest in quality I saw was a company from Italy. Save yourself the frustration of shopping elsewhere and use the decision making in choosing which mattress to buy from Essentia.
