Essentia Organic Mattresses

Purchase, shipping and customer service was wonderful until the Mattress arrived and then it all went downhill. Mattress arrived damaged on Jan 30, 2026, which was reported to Essentia within hours of delivery. As of today, march 1, 2026, they have not responded with a solution and there has been no communication from Essentia in over 3 weeks.

I didn’t realize the mattress had to be made before it shipped, so the wait seemed very long. Maybe that could be communicated a little better on the front end?

Great mattress as expected! We were disappointed with the shipping process, not sure if that falls on Essentia or FedEx, but they would not deliver it to our house because it was over the 150lb weight limit so we had to pick it up from their nearest shipping terminal which was inconvenient.
