Overall Essentia Mattress experience is a good one. Happy to have a healthy mattress for peace of mind. It is still difficult to find the mattress you need from Essentia’s line up. I have bought previous mattresses from Essentia and am relieved the most recent mattress purchase I selected is the best one. I think mattresses are one of the most challenging products to purchase. Bottom line: I would continue to purchase from Essentia. Essentia makes their mattresses available during these challenging times. They are healthy, quality mattresses, the company has good customer service-easy to contact by phone-real people to talk to. I’ve shopped for hours for other mattresses and the closest in quality I saw was a company from Italy. Save yourself the frustration of shopping elsewhere and use the decision making in choosing which mattress to buy from Essentia.

This is very supportive for back sleeping, and it is helpful to have two “modes” due to the two different sized curves. It isn’t great for side sleeping, if you tend to alternate, but it can be moved around a bit (unconsciously, in the middle of the night) to do the trick well enough.

I wish the foundation had velcro or some other fastener for the slats to stay secure. The slats slide and make for holes for the mattress to fall through on either end and the middle. I keep readjusting the slats and meaning to pick up some velcro! Also, I wonder if the allergy cover I added affects the temperature control of the mattress. I wish there were some easy way to find out. I searched the website but I haven't taken the time to call and ask. There are so many other things going on with a move to a new house, I don't have time for all these little details. I wish essentia carried it to the finish line in these ways. For the price, you'd think they might..
