I ordered a bed and it was delivered. It is too hard, but when i try to contact through website to schedule a return I can't get anyone to respond.

I am still waiting for my pillows after 12 days since placing the order. Apparently the original one I wanted was on back-order, but I was never told. I reached out via email and someone said they would change the order, but three days later nothing happened. Frustrating.

A bit disappointed in this mattress. It was hard as a rock when we first got it and now after only 6 months or less its sagging where we are sleeping. I had high hopes for this mattress but its not what I was hoping for. Sadly, not money well spent.

I requested help online and am still waiting...Been almost a week now. Disappointed
