I didn’t receive my package so I got in touch via email. Then I was told I needed to track down package with fedex when it didn’t arrive. I had several exchanges with fedex to track it down and finally bought a mattress so I had something to sleep on when I couldn’t get this mattress. I called fedex to return the mattress back to sender. Then two weeks later the package arrives. I need a credit and a return. I have nowhere to put this mattress now and I have to pay a fee for an oversized package in my building package room. Wish it was easier to resolve things with this company to avoid the unpleasant never ending mattress debacle.

Everything is good but the customer service is not very good. One of my pillows started ripping at the seams within 2 weeks. I have reached out to customer service for assistance and still have not been given a resolution in about 2 weeks. I am disappointed in the company.
