Still trying it, only been a week and so far really like. I expected it to be a little softer, but it does support your back and keeps you cool at night. Will post a new review at 30 day night

Getting used to the firmness level and proper pillow height.

This is an extremely comfortable bed, and it’s definitely cool to the touch (almost cold). But after sleeping for a couple of hours I find that my back is hot and sweaty. I move to the other side, cool again repeat. I would love this bed if it continued to move heat as described, but that’s just not my experience.

The offer included a free pillow but I was unable to complete the order and obtain the offer

It's ok, it doesn't sleep warm but it doesn't sleep cool either and I was really hoping to find a mattress that sleeps cool. I thought the description of the bed claimed that the materials used to make the bed would help with that issue.
