I purchased the firm mattress originally, which was way too hard. FYI the firm mattress is REALLY firm with very little give. Customer service was AMAZING, they sent an exchange medium mattress and had the firm pick up after the delivery of the new mattress. The new medium firm mattress is PERFECT! It sleeps really well!!! It has the perfect balance if firmness and give. I love it!!!

The Muse mattress, pillow and protector are all great products. Thanks to Vincent with Muse Sleep for working out some minor glitches in the delivery of my pillow and mattress.
