This is the mattress I was hoping for when I bought my Nectar mattress. That one was too soft, now hassling around with returning it. I got the mid-firm choice and put a thin foam pad of about 1 1/2 inches on it that I already had. Perfect.

The queen mattress we received came in a surprisingly compact box. After unpacking, it quickly took shape and magically became the firm mattress we ordered. The gel pads on the breathe well and definitely stay cooler than the ambient air. There is no appreciable off-gas. I will say the material the gel pad top is made of doesn’t allow a bottom sheet to “stick” - so we just need a fitted sheet that has abrasive or a sticky liner for the sheets to stay put. Very happy with our purchase
