I alternate between back, left side and right side sleep. They all work with this pillow. I don't like a hot pillow and can't sleep if my pillow is too hot, often having to flip pillows over when i travel in the middle of the night. I haven't had to flip this pillow over once. I'm 6' 250lb male with broad shoulders and use a medium loft. My only problem with it is on nights when I toss and turn, my pillowcase falls off.

The Muse mattress has far exceeded our expectations. From the easy purchase, to customer service to time the delivery exactly when we needed the mattress to arrive, to the product itself--everything has been first class. We own another memory foam mattress, which cost 4 times more, that doesn't hold a candle to the Muse mattress. 5 stars and thank you!

Love this pillow. Feels so cold and smooth against your skin while you sleep. Best without a pillow case though.
