The product was fine. The shipping process is terribly flawed. I was receiving conflicting updates from MTC Kitchen and from the shipping company. I understood shipping delays with the ongoing COVID pandemic (that was even stated on the website), but that does not explain the conflicting information being provided. SInce this was my first shopping experience, I came very close to canceling the order.
