Can’t possibly be a cult favorite with a slicing plate that teeter totters up and down. Slice anything and it’s thick on one side, thin on the other. You need a 3rd hand - one for the handle, one for the vegetable, and one to hold the slicing plate still so it doesn’t move all around as you’re trying to slice. This is not right.
