I would give zero stars
I would give zero stars if I could. I have not received the goods I ordered over 3 weeks ago. No communication and have sent two emails requesting refund. No response. Not happy

Frustating dealing with a computer
Frustating dealing with a computer rather than immediately being put onto Customer Services. A phone call from a real person would go a long way to help such frustrating situations.
