Not happy

Should have had a return label to me for the coffee plunger immediately & then an actual new one on the way, & then also an immediate reply for the screw that appeared under the instant pot, instead months later I’m still waiting for anything to happen & wasting my time replying repeatedly

Claiming for a Warranty

Claimed for a warranty and didn't even bother to investigate what you delivered and passed it as the warranty does not apply because the manufacturer "thinks" that the items are correct, this is the first and last time that I buy with you

Wrong product

Ordered online and was sent the wrong product. After many weeks of back and forward emails I was told that I could get a refund ONLY if I organised to post it back (I would not be reimbursed until they received it). I work full time so getting a lost office within opening hours is difficult. Or I could return it in store (ordered online in the first place because I don’t live near a store). Will not shop online or in store with Minimax ever again
