The pillow casing is a bit narrow so pillow is a bit too high ie a bit thick.

fast delivery! it takes me a week to get used to the pillow, not sure if it's too high/too low for my neck/shoulder, or just need to add more filling. but overall, I am satisfied with the product!

It took me a while to get the right amount of shells for me. But now I love it. I put a little bit more in it (2-3 cups) that the standarize amount, I'm a side sleeper.

Ordered the pillow and case at the same time. Don't quiet understand what they would not have been shipped out at the same time. Received the pillow but no pillow case??.
