Replacement hulls and new pillow
I bought a pillow over two years ago from this company and fell in love with it. Two years on, and absolutely no maintenance to the hulls, it was time to get some more buckwheat hulls. The original five pounds of hulls seemed to have compressed somewhat over the two years, and I'm sure the fact that I didn't follow instructions to maintain the hulls didn't help. I ordered a 8lbs bag of hulls, and decided to buy the side sleeper pillow. After washing the pillowcase on the original pillow I packed in roughly 6lbs of hulls and it feels like a brand new pillow. I absolutely love my buckwheat pillow. As for the side sleeper pillow, I tried it a couple nights at the start, and it felt great at first to sleep with, but invariably about two hours into the night I would wake up and have a sore neck. So I would switch back to my regular buckwheat pillow instead. I'm sure by removing some of the hulls from the side sleeper pillow it would work great, I just have not yet got around to doing that. I only gave them four stars because my hope is that people will recognize the issue I experienced more than had I just gave five stars. But they certainly do deserve five stars. However, your mileage may vary.
