Great company.

I love the bed. I was very dissatisfied with the long wait. When putting in the order I didn’t get an estimated arrival date and had to keep reaching out for an update. It took 8 weeks. Which if I had known up front maybe I’d have still ordered but would have let my little one know ahead that it would be a long wait.

Shipping was pretty slow and updates weren’t regular. But we weren’t in a rush so it was ok. Quality of the furniture is great and way easier assembly than a flat-pack thing usually is. Overall very happy.

The bed is good quality but the directions for putting it together were terrible. None of the directions were actually for the bed we purchased. We had to piecemeal them together and just figure it out on our own. I've put many pieces of furniture, grills, tv brackets, etc. together and these directions were the worst. Confusing and incomplete.

Took 3 weeks to get the rock locks for bunk bed that were left out of original shipment. My kids slept on mattresses on the floor and we were down a bedroom for those 3 weeks. I expect better service when the error is on your end. Those rock locks should’ve been in the mail within a few days of contacting customer service and in expedited mail. Instead it took 2 weeks of multiple calls/online chats to even get a tracking number that ended up being wrong.
