The worst customer service ever product came damaged

I purchased a mattress over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Neither Maxtrix nor FedEx have provided an update on the status of the shipment, it seems to be stuck in limbo.

Shipping was poor, part is damaged, no one is responding to online requests.
