Poor customer service!

Can't wait to return this poorly designed and constructed bed.

Still waiting on response to information submitted for shelf that arrive damaged.

Worst online purchase I’ve ever made. No unsolicited updates but tons of junk emails. 4 to6 weeks became 10+ weeks. Broken parts and forgot to ship the included mattress. Finally received everything but in the end just wish we’d built our own bed frame with time we spent trying to reach and work with customer service.

Non-existent customer service, had to file a dispute with my credit card.
