Very disappointed in the customer service response time. I've been trying to get an issue resolved for approximately 6 weeks. Can't seem to find anyone who cares.

The worst customer service ever product came damaged

Customer service is a mess. They couldn't remove the item that was discontinued and add another. It was a " tricky one" . The part that I ordered to go with the discontinued one had to be returned of course but I was still charged a restock fee. It took weeks and many emails to get any refund .

I purchased a mattress over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Neither Maxtrix nor FedEx have provided an update on the status of the shipment, it seems to be stuck in limbo.
