Not happy with customer service. Difficulty with getting replacement parts. Parts sent were also damaged.

Absolutely terrible, I still have not received my items after almost 12 weeks. Customer service is an AI bot that sometimes chooses to turf you to an actual person. Extremely dissatisfied.

Over use of AI agents have ruined the buying experience and I can not recommend Maxtrix to others.

I ordered this mattress pad using the complete your room option when I ordered the tunnel mattress. Apparently they don't actually sell a trundle mattress sized cover, and they shipped me a twin XL. They took it back but charged me for the return an amount that was more than the actual pad. So just be aware that if you order a trundle mattress you need to shop for your mattress pad elsewhere. I never actually took it out of the shipping box. Much less. The package wrapping, so I can't actually comment on the quality of the pad itself. It's probably great.

The low rating is because when ordering the bunk bed, it appeared the panels were included, but upon checkout, there was a follow-up question asking if I wanted to order vanity panels. I took that to mean they were not included and said "yes" and ended up paying for two extra panels. . . I'd like to see more clarity in listing the parts and not urged to buy unneeded parts. Other than that, the bunk bed is amazing, well made, and assembled to be rock solid!
