Product was back ordered for five months and customer service told me they would issue a refund because there was a sale going on which gave me a better price, 35% off, but they never issued the refund. Horrible customer service.

Very disappointed in the customer service response time. I've been trying to get an issue resolved for approximately 6 weeks. Can't seem to find anyone who cares.
