They did send replacements but didn't not respond with quality of exposed hardware vs picture online.

Product quality is excellent but I have nothing good to say about their third party shipper. There were several problems with delivery dates and they were impossible to contact by phone and their website wasn’t working for scheduling.

Looooooong delivery time, and then a long time after that to schedule delivery locally.

The bed seems to be working for us, but the instructions were the absolute worst I've ever come across. Also, shipping took upwards of 2 months even though everything was in stock.
