Good quality beds once they came. Contacted customer service after 4 weeks waiting. Never heard back from them.

Shipping took 2 months, customer service could only be contacted through email and website, we received an incomplete manual, damaged product and slow service would not purchase from Maxtrix again.

Shipping was a nightmare. They rescheduled 3 times. Packaging for this product is poor. Many pieces came dented, cracked, or chipped.

Not happy with customer service. Difficulty with getting replacement parts. Parts sent were also damaged.
