I already put my opinion in my main review. Ordered in early-mid december (12th), never shipped. I called in Jan/Feb and was never told what happened, but the bed just showed up like 5 days later. Missing pieces had to take bolts and screws out of the old pieces to compensate for the missing ones. Then, I realized I was sent the wrong guardrail. A safety piece. When I called I was made to feel like I should be thankful they were sending the right piece, and lucky me, they weren't going to charge me for it or even charge me for shipping! I should hope not. The high loft over all isn't sturdy. It's wobbly no matter what we do. And that' not just the nature of a high loft bed as my other child has one from another company. We loved the low loft with the slide, etc., but wouldn't recommend a conversion to a high loft.

Shipping company was slow. Maxtrix customer service was helpful. Shout out to Christian, who fielded my calls when the scheduling link did not work and the bed did not move from a warehouse in the midwest for a month.

No estimate delivery date once order submitted

Received with no damage, all parts included. Time from order to delivery was long. Lead time is a must!

They did send replacements but didn't not respond with quality of exposed hardware vs picture online.
