Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either. The lack of communication from Maxtix regarding your order status and shipping while bombarding you with sales emails and texts was beyond frustrating. I had a damaged piece delivered. I called and the person on the phone was very helpful and kind, but then it was radio silence until a random replacement part showed up at my door two weeks later. They need to work on better logistics communication. The furniture I received was well made, but the process of getting it was miserable and I will not be ordering from them again.
