Malouf

The return was a run and I still haven’t received an email saying they received it. I had such high hopes.

If you’re going to charge so much for something as basic as a mattress protector, it should be returnable or exchangeable at least.

It's not as comfortable as I had anticipated. I'd like to return it for a softer one if possible.

I do not like the pillows. Can't sleep with them

Products aren't made as well. I'll not be buying from Malouf anymore.
