Your warranty is useless, asking to provide a receipt when I purchased direct from marlouf and not honoring shredding at the seems. Just looking for a way not to honor

We will see once I send back the pillow and get my refund

Shipping was good, the pillow is to firm

The return was a run and I still haven’t received an email saying they received it. I had such high hopes.

If you’re going to charge so much for something as basic as a mattress protector, it should be returnable or exchangeable at least.
