The material is great. The odor off-gassed within a few days of unpacking. The problem is no matter how I position myself, it feels like it's constantly pushing my head up and giving the absolute worst pain from a pillow I've experienced. I gave it another shot a few days later on firmer surfaces as I thought my mattress might be too soft but still uncomfortable with a constant "lifting" sensation tilting my head up instead of letting it rest straight. Still considering if there's a way to shave down one side half an inch or so because I do appreciate the cooling factor.

Who wants to iron sheets and pillow cases. That what you have to do with these pillow cases. I’ve gotten the same quality from Amazon for waaaayyyyyy less money.
