Not what I expected. Way over priced.

I returned this pillow and received a prompt refund. Thank you for that. I was disappointed because I had felt a Malouf pillow previously and it was very soft. I cannot seem to find that same softness in any of the ones I have ordered. perhaps they have discontinued the soft version.

Had to pay shipping for a return your company needs free returns like every other company.

Soft but elastic is so weak will not stay on fitted mattress
