Malouf shipped my bed to my home. The freight company was wonderful and delivered it at the time I needed it delivered. Both companies were so wonderful to work with and so helpful about meeting my needs! It was a pleasant experience.

Great concept, just need more options

Costumer service was excellent, very kind and so helpful. I'm having a senior moment, I just can't remember the wonderful young lady I talked too! She was the BEST! The shipping was so fast we received them in 3 days!! Thank you for hiring CS representatives like her, she made your company the best in my book! I will tell all my friends about your products!!
