Malouf

I messed up my first pillow. I wanted to wash it, misread the labels, and destroyed my pillow. The pillow should NOT be washed, just the netting. Anyway, Malouf were super kind and sent me a new pillow free. They were also super responsive, and sent me emails that were obviously from real humans. Very happy.

I got mine free when I got a new mattress. They are so soft and comfortable that ordered some for my other beds.
