LUXE Bidet

The nozzles are very difficult to clean. I wish there were a tool to clean them offered by Luxe. I’ve tried many kinds of ways/different brushes to clean them, but nothing is working. I know they’re “self cleaning,” but they don’t self clean.

I had ordered a WHIFT toilet spray- LEMON fragrance but received ROSE instead. Rese I’d good but I actually wanted LEMON. I wish LUXE can send me a replacement for the same

The downside of this model is that for people whose buttocks extend past the bowl, the handle used to select hot or cold water ends up touching the skin, which is cold and a bit uncomfortable. Plus, to activate the spray, you have to lift that same handle upward… so it’s already touching your skin, and you have to lift it even farther into your butt cheek area to get the spray

Orifice clogged up and I had to suspend a plastic bag of vinegar/water around it for a day then it opened up. Don't know how long. . . I use it every day.

The spray nozzle will not retract. This is the 2nd unit which has failed me. Can you assist me with a replacement? I tell my friends what a great invention is your bidet but now, again I am embarrassed that your unit has failed me. Please help. Your reliable customer.
