LUXE Bidet

Orifice clogged up and I had to suspend a plastic bag of vinegar/water around it for a day then it opened up. Don't know how long. . . I use it every day.

The spray nozzle will not retract. This is the 2nd unit which has failed me. Can you assist me with a replacement? I tell my friends what a great invention is your bidet but now, again I am embarrassed that your unit has failed me. Please help. Your reliable customer.

With in 3 months, the water spout stopped going back. It is getting stuck at the same point after spraying water. Terrible product.

Tried installing multiple times and just can't get the thing to not leak. Have used the plumbers tape and gaskets. Maybe its because I have an older toilet and the connection is a bit off? The t connector just feels a bit loose and jiggly. Unfortunate!

About 20 days after installed it leaked from the control causing a flooded floor. I removed it and threw it away.
