LUXE Bidet

Everything is great...only issue is the spout doesn't go back up without a little nudge.

I am old and do not intuitively understand exactly what all the controls are. I wish I had a summary sheet to put on my wall to show me or an app to guide me to controlling everything, I find the fact that the toilet seat doesn’t come up with the cover annoying. Overall I believe the bidet has saved much toilet paper and is cleaner than a paper only wipe. I wish you luck in bringing this obviously French product to more American bathrooms. History has not been kind to France since the two revolutions but I’ll vote for Bidet. Godspeed.

Not a bad unit, had to purchase and put small risers under the seat or it wouldn't work. Also will not work if sitting too far back on the seat. Otherwise, for the money it works.

The nozzle on my bidet no longer retracts. Customer service told me to clean it with vinegar (which I did) but it still does not retract. Other than that it works but it's just annoying

Out of the box, Luxe Bidet works great. Good packaging and shipping. Product came as advertised. Easy to install, easy to use. The reason it gets 3 * is after some use, the knob gets hard to turn (WD40 doesn’t loosen it) and leaks water drops. This happened with me and my parents. Due to lack of strength in the fingers, knobs were impossible to turn. There seems to be a design issue after much use.
