I ordered a replacement warranty unit and couldn't be happier with the service provided!! Customer service representative walked me through the process and I had a new unit at my door in couple of days!

I liked it so much, I bought a second for our upstairs bathroom and am considering a third for the in-law apartment. We were needlessly worried that getting used to unheated water would be a problem -- it wasn't!

Great product and customer service. I had a problem with the bidet and with two emails, Luxe sent out a replacement.

Thank you for your quick response to my concern. We own four of these and the 320 is fabulous. We even bought the Luxe seats to seamlessly go along with these gems.
